Elliott Burdette and his team assisted us with our estate planning needs earlier this year. Elliot is the rudest attorney...unless you're rich from the beginning. All I got was a consultation where he says "pay me 10k to give you any advice" after listening to an entire story. He ask for money to even give you a direction. He rushed me off the phone when I told him I did not have $10,000 and when he asked if I have any friends to borrower from - I do not. He said he does not have time and went to hung up. I had to ask him to please not hang up can he at least point me towards an attorney that could help me. "Somewhere in East TX - I gotta go." and he hangs up. Very frustrating considering he is obviously dealing with the lost of a human and peoples emotions. Not wise to be in this position and not have some sort of sensitivity or urge to help any and all people.
Brian Thomas was very cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful with my family trust case! I would recommend this firm to anyone dealing with a will or trust case involving the death of a family member .
