My laptop was running loud so I took it in, thinking it was the fan. The guy kept it overnight and all he did was update my computer and scan it for viruses (I could’ve done that myself in five minutes). He charged me 100 dollars for it??? My laptop was silent when I got it and I can tell there is an audible difference and he literally said: “well fans make noise” ??????
