I used Adam Farkas now to date three times. Not something to brag about. My first case was extremly bogus, it was a domestic case that the state filed on. It was a very scary case since in younger years i had got my self in alot of trouble and one look at my record, i woukd convict my self if i were a jury. But in this sepcific case i had matured alot and changed to say extreme would be a under statememt. I had to put my life and faith in a new lawyer i knew nothing nor heard of him. He told me what to expect made no promises but if i followed his advice we should have no probelms. ( i was inocemt ) the state no filed doe to admas persistamce and believeing im me. After that i kept.his number on speed dial, like i said i am 40 but in my early 20s i was a horrific.citizen and.person and i can blame drugs, bad childhood, etc. But the fact i had a choice. So i say this to prove that the most popular criminal attorney would take a look at my old record and plea me out. And Adam is not that guy. Fast foward. Jan 8th my son AKA MY WORLD! Was taken from my home by DCF and even though Mr Farkas is a criminal lawyer to my surprise with out me even calling any attorneys, Adam showed up knowing personaly the bomd between my son and me and hiw he becam the prupose of my livimg. No lawyer will show up for you with no retainer, no facts and found out through his own source. And up until this day he has never missed a court date. Even tho its not his type of law, he took the taking of my son personal. Who can say how many cases he was late or even resceduled on these days. You DONT FIND attorneys like Adam in the legal private sector. So the comment above below mine is bother some. I been to jail, i been to prison. I have always hired the most expemsive attorneys bwcause i thought the more expensive the more experience! WRONG, Go have a comsultation with David roth, you will feel puff daddy after leaving hia office. And then on judgement day, your sold off to the state, your 20k retainer is a weekend fundraiser tab for that type of lawyer who is a great attorney. My point and i will rap this up. When you are GUILTY of a crime and you hire the most expensive, the one the streets are promoting or a general lawyer or worse a ambulace chaser. Those are the attorneys who sit in the back.and hand out buisness cards after your first apperance. You must undertand something. You can pay a million dollars but if your guilty think of a lawyer as a gun, YOUR JOB is to provide ammunition and your lawyer will pull shoot all your bullets. If your really innocent then take it to trial and.rely on 12 people to decide your fate. I would put my pay check on it, that the person below who has bad things to say about adam, if adam even knew he had this negative post. He would answer you with a respectfull rebuttle and i again put my pay check on the only reason your upset because your loved one is guilty. If i am guilty i hire a lawyer tell them the truth and ask what KIND OF DEAL CAN WE GET. So your loved one got 22 momths , but did they score out too 120 months. I hate when people use social media to take food out of his child, wife and dogs mouth. Please list facts so i can make sure im not recomeding adam farkas to every person i know that hes exactly as i described and all the other reviews all 5 stars. But to not only once give this man a bad review then to go out of your way to make a whole new account to almost verbatem make the same accusations. Sounds like you put some effort imto this. Effort that could go into maybe appeals or focusing on whats next for the convicted. Sorry to.ramble. google is great and everyone should use it fairly and purposely. Sorry for your loved one that i am. Their is just no way you could convince any of FARKAS AND.CROWLEYS clients anythinc difference. Good luck to you and your loved one.

Terrible. Id give him 0 stars id that was an option. Awful-nThats the best way to describe his service. Only after the money. Doesnt care about clients, is never around unless it's time for him to get paid. He doesn't fight for you or your rights. He goes along with whatever the state/prosecutors say and claims to know people in the judicial system (prosecutors, lawyers) but really doesn't. I had to look laws and statutes up for him, give him previous court records and information which is ridiculous because that's what he claims is apart of the astronomical fee he charges. He also is constantly jittery and rubbing his runny nose......quite suspicious.

Adam Farkas is a terrible lawyer who just goes with what ever the state says. He does not fight for you or try to get you a better deal. My brother served over 22 months in county on his charges and still ended up with a 18 month plea with no credit time served because Adam Farcas just sided with the state. I would not recommend anyone who has felony charges to use him!!!!
