This is my first time experience actually having to pay for a lawyer out of pocket. I am currently feeling thing's out as we speak. Brilliant legal mind. Knowledgeable staff. Relaxed professionalism in the office so the client does not feel intimidated. The biggest issue between ANY attorney and his client is the client's failure to be forthright and honest. You must remember the attorney is there for YOU. No attorney can be effective if you fail to provide details or tell the full story. I have retained Mr. Potts for a divorce and would immediately again for any legal matter.

Absolutely horrific behavior. Even to his wife and staff. Unprofessional, arrogant, the poorest of communications, non effective, literally pushing papers and agreeing with prosecutors plea deals. A straight fold. These reviews and my presence will make it to the BAR!!!!!!!
