I am shocked he has the stars he does and wonder if all the high stars are from friends being there are no written reviews. Simply put: he is the worst, most expensive lawyer you can find! My case was very cut and dry, divorce from an abusive addict. He made a mess of my case, and literally the only thing that was done was a divorce at the end. I won’t even begin to mention how much money was dumped into him doing absolutely nothing! He will charge for hours he did not put in, he will confuse your case with others, he will have court dates for no reason at all- well excuses for them and magically he forgot the law and what the court date was for was not legal or binding. He was the worst referral I have ever gotten in my life and I just thank gosh the divorce finally happened. That’s another thing, he goes on vacation all the time (this must be why he is so overpriced) so nothing will be done in a timely manner, not getting back to you, not court dates and definitely not your divorce after your one year separation. Any lawyer would be better than this lawyer. If he was free I would have still asked for a refund!

15 years later my ex-husband says I had an excellent attorney working in my behalf. I needed someone who could stand up for me and Skip did just that. I’m sorry to say I’m referring him to one of my daughters. But…I know she will be in good hands.

My experience with Skip and Joann was great. I could not have asked for a better attorney. I have used him for over 10-12 years for child custody and divorce.

My case was from 2001 to 2003. It was handled very poorly. Things were so bad the last time I saw him he was to ashamed to even look at my face. When I asked why he handled my case badly, I was shocked at his excuse. Also do not go to Mr Bosworth at his request.

He is the worst. He took 11 years to leave me with less than I had to start with. Worked more for the other lawyer and my ex. He doesn't do what you want. 11 years wasted on this lawyer.
