Called and left message on 12/3/18 and was told that the paralegal would be in on Tuesday 12/4 and she would call me back. By Thursday, i hadn't received a return call, so i called again. I spoke with the paralegal, told her what was going on and she said she'd discuss this with the attorney and would call me back the next day. Never heard from them.

Jeff Caglianone is a great Mediation person I would highly recommend him and definitely worth the money in my opinion especially if you are having trouble with someone who is not wanting to be fair in the settlement process!!
