A cookie cutter attorney who left me high and dry with my privatized support trial settlement. Didn’t place any clauses or suggest that I have some in place once my arrears are paid in full. She actually told me I can easily get it adjusted through the state. When I went to the state they laughed and said I under their review I stand the risk of having to pay more! If your attorney doesn’t do their best to safeguard every step of the way then you’re an attorney who only deserves 25 bucks an hour. I even went back to her and paid her 100 dollars to tell me how the state could review my case against me an award the mother even more money. Which was a slap in the face because it was just admitted how clauses would’ve safeguarded me. Now that I think about everything and how my probate attorney would’ve made a better support trial attorney, don’t do business here. Being a man I also felt biased against (anyone reading this baby’s mama comes from a multi million dollar family and to date I have forked our close to 40,000 grand in child support), she just yells, “you have to pay your fair share”. I was the poor parent forced to settle for the 80/20 split. Today I get to live as a deadbeat dad still having to fight the system, because this attorney didn’t feel inclined to do a thorough job for her client.
