I paid a deposit of $300. After a 30 minute phone call with an attorney who was not knowledgeable at all of Medicaid requirements in Iowa, the firm kept the entire deposit claiming that the attorney spent the other 30 minutes ‘reviewing documents.’ I would not recommend for Medicaid assistance.
They handled the sale of our house. Everything was super efficient and everybody was very friendly. I highly recommend them.
The worst experience I’ve ever had on a customer service call. I was looking for some information, to close on a property that they were link with, and instead of helping to problem solve and get their client paid, the lady instructed me it wasn’t in her interest and hung up on me. I wasn’t asking for anything huge, just a simple phone number or for them to pass along my info to their client. Terrible.
Poor service! Find another divorce lawyer. Gill Caldwell doesn’t deliver. He was no help to me at all and cost me almost $10k
