55 plus community with many amenities, large pool, hot tub from natural springs, many activities, gated. Perfect, as long as you can handle the heat starting May till October. Beautiful winter months, 70s...

Great place to visit or live. Friendly staff and residents, glorious sunny days, and picturesque views.nGreat golfing here, too. Only a few miles from the world-class golf courses throughout Coachella Valley. 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.nThis will be an amazing place to watch the "Big One" earthquake predicted to hit California someday, as it is mere miles from the San Andreas fault.

This was a fun place to park the RV. Played golf, sat in the hot springs and enjoyed the place. Worth noting that this is a Christian RV park but nobody knocked on our door or handed out bibles. As atheist we were comfortable. Well go back.

This is a great place to live and stay.
