3 years of appeals on my claim thinking I had my ducks in a row. I’m sure I did but I decided to seek assistance from Klain and Associates. When the ALJ finally took my case and Klain represented me on my court date, everything went extremely smooth after that. Hard fact is that some Judges won’t mind denying a claim if you are not represented. With a reputable lawyer on your side SSA will believe your case has merit and maybe fully approve you as easy as they would deny you. Thank you Klain and Associates for your help.

Honestly, First off I want to thank Klain and Associates for Helping me during my Claim. The first start of working with Klain and Associates was rough because I kept changing claim reps which seems like every month. Which is super rough for someone in my shoes. But than they truly step up their game and they kept up 100% with my Cla8m and what was going on. I was denied and had a appeal and got a Hearing and before the Hearing Brandon made sure I was fully ready for the Hearing and knowledgeable to just be honest. I want to really thank Klain & Associates for the way they took control of my disability case. All I had to do was go to my Dr. appointments. They collected and managed all of the records and paperwork. It is stressful enough when you are forced to apply for disability. It was peace of mind to know I had a law firm working on my behalf. By the time my court hearing came around I had the confidence to meet it head on, with the support of my attorney! I thought I had a 50/50 chance of winning since I had been denied twice. I was thrilled when the judge said APPROVED! I doubt very seriously I would have won on my own. I believe showing up with representation adds credibility to your case. The entire process of jumping through the hoops of Social Security is overwhelming, especially while you are struggling already.
