Zero stars. Wouldn’t even hear my cases. They made an assumption and told me to drive to another county for help.
If professionalism and communication are key factors for you then Cami and her associates will not disappoint. Between estate planning and the ever so fun divorce they stayed on top of matters and provided answers to any questions that developed. She did a great job in separating the natural emotions that rise verses what the law allows in such situations.
I used Josh during a difficult time. He always responded within reasonable times and personally returned my calls. He presented my case well. I would use this office again (but hopefully never). It was a plus since this office is local in Butler Co they are very familiar with the county judges.
As long as you're not getting a divorce and fighting for custody you might get a desired result with this outfit. I was going through a divorce and trying to get custody of my son and didn't have a chance, I believe, because I had a lawyer that worked in Butler Co, and in my opinion, a man has little to no chance of getting his child if the case is handled in Butler Co. The ex told enough lies about me to get into a safehouse, I should have pressed charges for defamation of character. All was taken for granted. I had several documents that brought her character in to question, but those things were never even discussed in court. Ended up spending 5000.00 on a lawyer that didn't really fight for me, and a ridiculous amount of almost a thousand dollars for a mediator who is obviously making way too much money off of people going through a tough time, that's a thousand from each parent, so almost 2000.00 for doing maybe a days worth of work. I would not recommend this outfit for a custody case in Butler Co. Men, do yourself a favor, if you're fighting for your child in Butler Co get a lawyer outside of Butler Co
Is it worth going to Wichita for competent service? Yes. It is. El Dorado might even be better. I had no choice in this. If you do go elsewhere. If you don't, get your own council.
