3rd and final update... we hired another law firm to assist us. Finally things are moving along. I would not recommend Campany to anyone and be careful choosing companies. Do your research. Update: No one has contacted me. My mom has trouble getting through to anyone. Documents were mailed out finally and there are misspellings on names and addresses which is very alarming to me from a law firm. Whenever I call and get through to someone, they just say they arent in charged of that and tell me I'll get a call. Prior: Just reviewing the receptionist. As a professional law firm, try answering the phone appropriately, with your name, company, and greeting. Not hello? And acting confused with a tired annoyed tone. Only reason I called is because my mother is not getting any call back from her lawyer regarding a property. For some reason, she is being ignored. Hopefully, someone will get back to her today.

Candace Randall is a VERY client oriented lawyer. We've used her several times and would not go anywhere else. She goes above and beyond to assure her clients have a smooth experience!
