I wanted to give 0 stars because this office/staff literally would not return an email or a call. I got a referral to this specific group from another local estate planner. I initially emailed. Never heard back after several weeks. I reached out to the referring practice, and they encouraged me to try again but by calling. I waited for a couple of months and finally tried. I spoke to reception and then was given a voicemail to an associate. This was in early Nov 2024....I have never gotten even a call back to acknowledge my inquiry for services. Not a good look.

Tom Carroll is knowledgeable,courteous and professional. He makes the time to meet with you and go over everything in a detailed manner. The office works as a team and their customer service is thru the roof. Between the Harvard office and/or the Crystal lake office someone has always been able to take my call and answer any question or concerns I had regarding our business dealings. When I was looking for an attorney and asking around someone said to me, "Go with Tom Carroll, you will absolutely love him." I'm so glad I took her advice. He's the best!
