As a lawyer, I integrate mindfulness and wellness into the process so that clients can more effectively make decisions on their important legal matters including divorce, separation, support, child custody issues or criminal charges.

As a coach, I use a holistic approach to help clients be the best version of themselves including making positive changes in their life, removing roadblocks, rediscovering who they are, developing a wellness plan that includes balance in their life, and much more.  My goal is to help clients create the life of their dreams.
