I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the team of people at this firm. I recently engaged Peter Osman to develop a comprehensive estate plan that is well thought through and automatically executes on my passing. I am sleeping easier knowing that my heirs will not be burdened with closing up my personal estate.

Family members attended a couple business meetings and came into contact with Shayna Borakove. We were unhappy with a previous estate planning lawyer and decided to meet with Shayna Borakove. Three generations met and we were impressed with her knowledge of farming and how to pass this on to the 3rd generation. Her staff was amazing. Everyone was working to accomplish what we wanted. The planning was done promptly and at a cost we thought was fair. Would recommend this firm to everyone!

Borakove Osman made updating our estate plans super easy. They were knowledgeable, insightful, and provided us a lot of great ideas on how we could arrange our trusts to meet the needs of our family. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm.

As a couple we were interested in setting up a trust for our assets to be divided between our 3 children in the case of our deaths. We were also interested in developing a trust for our daughter who has Down Syndrome so she would be protected. We felt very comfortable with advice and help from Peter and his staff, mainly Erika and Claire who continuously answered our questions and assisted us in advancing and setting up these trusts. We felt comfortable and knowledgeable after discussing and questioning Peter with our concerns as we were not sure how to proceed with this process. He was very helpful and solid in his advice, patient in answering all our questions, while maintaining professionalism. We were quoted a price, there were no additions to this price even with phone calls to the office and emails with questions or concerns. We felt this was fair and complete customer service with a helping hand.

We had such a great experience creating our trust. Shayna was so helpful and patient explaining what we needed to know and why she made the recommendations she did. This was also just as COVID-19 was ramping up and they had a great process to safely develop our trust without an in person visit. While not cheap, the price was fair and well worth it for an outstanding level of service. We had investigated multiple other lawfirms but none made it as easy and yet thorough as Borakove Osman. I can’t recommend them enough!
