3 different attorneys here have been attempting to foreclose on my self and my ex husband for over a year using improper service which amounts to mail fraud . I filed a complaint , sent certified mail , they refused to sign it . They have my ex's address , yet continue to use / mail to a address never registered US Postal , I explained this was an error in our divorce , they have done it twice since then . To make matters worse this is Tax Ease who didn't notify either one of us they purchased a lien , Warren County Treasure did not notify either of us before selling it ! This pointed out in a 60 b motion , I answered the claim ! No Court activity on my motion . I have called , attempted to contact tax ease who claims they don't have record of property . Then read they comply with Fair Debt Practices ! NO they are not Interesting blog on this site regarding Proper Service ! Proper isn't sending notices to my home for my ex then complaining when I took them to him ! Not my attorney ethics / Law I'm violating , I'm not an attorney required to serve/ notify him . Nor do I write a blog as if I follow proper notification laws .

Attorney illegally engages in dual tracking by forclosure on homes while they are working with their lender on a home modification resulting in more legal fees

Claims my deceased wife is still alive over a debt that was forgiven. Bradley Toman refuses to answer calls and letters so I'm going to pay him a visit next time he is getting liquored up.

I must of called 100 times and I always get transfered to a voice mail.
