Katie Raisch is a wonderful attorney to work with. I would highly recommend her. As a person, She is sincere, honest, understanding, and empathetic. I would not recommend this firm. The initial meeting and discussion was fine, but when we went to actually work together I felt pushed off for other priorities from the attorney I retained, Katie Raisch. I understand that things are busy, but there was a situation where expectations were set, situations occurred, and new circumstances and expectations were not communicated. When I addressed those unmet expectations and commitments I was accused of acting hostile which simply isn’t the case. I provided the options of either fixing the unmet expectation and moving forward, or sending me back the retainer and the attorney chose to send the retainer back, minus a 90.00 fee for an incorrect document and now I’m back at square one looking for another professional to help me, with no offer to have another attorney at the same firm handle or assist. Additionally, it felt like the free consultation was thrown back in my face as a “look at what I did for you for free” when I attempted to address the miscommunication and unmet timelines. This attorney also sent me a template document that had mistakes and (what I’m assuming was) another clients name on it, it wasn’t mine. So I’m looking at it as a blessing that I have learned some lessons on what I need from an attorney, and that someone lacking that attention to detail is not handling my case.

I called this office blindly for a consult for a family law matter and was put in contact with Katie Raisch. I had made about a dozen calls that day, and she was the ONLY one who took the time to talk to me that day. Not only did she take my call immediately, but she actually listened to everything I had to say, and you could tell that she genuinely cared. Since then, she has always been prompt with responses, fair and honest about my situation. I cannot recommend her enough, I'll never use anyone else.
