Update (5/17/21) After receiving correspondence from Mrs. Vanessa Carr threatening litigation due to my factual and honest review of her services below, I have subseqently removed a star rating, taking her from a 2 to a 1 star rating. We hired Vanessa initially just to send some correspondence to a couple of businesses, due to their nefarious practices, but then we required her full time support. After which, she became totally unresponsive, by not returning any emails or phone calls. We finally let her go, by email mind you, (because she wasn’t returning our calls to fire her over the phone) she didn’t even care enough to reach out to us then. Vanessa’s complete lack of cooperation in this case only added to our stress since we were dealing with two business that couldn’t do their jobs. We now also had to deal with a attorney that wouldn’t/couldn’t do hers and start over from scratch with a new attorney. After Vanessa was let go and having to do rework, because we couldn’t figure out what she had actually done for us, it was discovered that what little work she did do, such as sending a couple of letters weren’t even sent to the right individuals. *This review is protected under the CRFA, Customer Review Fairness act. ** The state of Florida is a anti-SLAPP state.

I appreciate the down to earth attitude, the honestly, and the fact that Kay patiently explains all potential outcomes before taking action (figure out how to climb down from that tree before climbing up it). On top of all that, her fee is fair! Pretty much a total package.
