I've been a practicing real estate agent/broker for 30 years and prior to that an official court reporter serving San Bernardino County from 1978 to 1987. I have met and had interactions with hundreds of lawyers in that time period. My company has retained and had the privilege of being represented by Carter Momsen on matters of real estate, civil and probate and trust matters, both personally and for our clientele. I have had nothing but the most sensitive, empathetic and skilled representation by this firm. I have heard nothing but excellent recommendations from our local bar association, court staff and current and past clients of Carter Momsen. They are thoughtful, caring and fair in their fee agreements with their clients and their expectation for payments. We are lucky to have their services in our tiny county. They would be successful anywhere in the world.
I have used this firm twice in the past and have had excellent service and results. The attorneys are well qualified and take extra time to fully understand the issue under consideration. The support staff keeps the client informed and provides follow up to all interactions. E.E. Berry
The worst possible lawyer you can hire. His character is terrible. Someone like this can take information from you and twist it in order to fit their own agenda. This is exactly what he did. My family came to him for help and he decided to use that information and turn it around on us. Plus, he charges for email interactions. So if he sends you an email, he charges for each individual correspondence. I don't know anyone this pretentious. I would never trust this man as a lawyer, much less a decent human being.
Kudos to Brian Carter. Our partnership is very satisfied with the thoughtful and creative strategy Brian developed for our complicated property sale. Both buyers and sellers achieved 100% of their desired outcomes, and right on schedule.
Alexander Rich and team helped me with the sale of a parcel in the county and advised on administration and collection of the straight note. With Alexander on my side I got the note paid off without resort to court action: Good value.
