I reached out to contact them for a service on their website a month ago. In time, I never received a response. I later called and needed to leave a message as the attorney that dealt my type service was out for that week. I was told that I would receive a call back some time the next week when he returned. I was diligent to confirm that the plan was to wait for a call back. I waited a week, then called back after never receiving any response back again that next week only to be told that I would not be assisted. nnThough I am not able to ascertain their quality of service amidst any particular case, I am now aware that they absolutely do NOT service or assist everyone. To this day, I have never even received the lone courtesy of a call back as far as customer service is concerned. I would keep this in mind for the sake of future clients.
