Hands down the worst experience of my life. My daughter has been kept from me for a year. My divorce and child custody were all I needed. It started with David Castro being a complete and utterly useless individual. Between him and his paralegal they kept mixing up my paperwork. Took make it better I requested a new attorney and they assured me a discount and true help would make me feel better. So dumb of me I added 2 additional services to bring my bill up to $8,000. Fernanda in billing waited until just now 4 pm to let me know they don't have an attorney for me. I have court first thing in the morning day after tomorrow. I called the main office and they assured me someone from my area would call me In 10 minutes. It has now been an hour and close to closing time and I still don't know what I'm going to do for court.

Mr. Castro was a train wreck for the year and a half that we worked with him. He was assigned to us (before he started his own firm) without our knowledge and we didn’t have many other options because we lived in a different state. He was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. We had such a strong case but he was so weak and careless, that the case dragged on for as long as it did. He did not fight for our family. The most accurate example of this was our last court date in January 2018. The night before, we begged him to fight for us and he promised that he would. The next morning I had to attend the hearing by phone and Mr. Castro didn’t even show up! I had to represent myself from hundreds of miles away over the phone. The opposing party was granted a majority of what we had been fighting against for so long. The case was moved to Washington where we now reside and we were able to find a great attorney who fought hard for us and only needed one court hearing to reverse the damage done by Mr. Castro. That is not because the damage he caused was small, but because our case was that strong! Only one hearing in over a year, thanks to a strong attorney who cares about his clients....that was not at all our experience with Mark Castro. Do yourself and your family a favor and avoid him like the plague.

Mark Castro handled my issue with a noncompliant ex Husband. He was very good with my case. He's a single attorney office and took the time and work to bring it to closure. I would recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.
