DO NOT RETAIN THIS FIRM!!! After my initial consultation with Mr. Brooks, I retained him to advise me on a real estate matter. He promised to have his analysis done within a month. It has been 8 MONTHS and I still have nothing from him. I have called, emailed, and even visited his office, yet he does not respond. I have requested a refund of my retainer, but he does not even give me the courtesy of a response. It appears that I will have to hire an attorney to recover my money. How incredibly unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
