Chad M. Lucia Attorney At LAW

I paid Mr. Lucia for services related to bankruptcy in September of LAST YEAR, only to be met with avoidance at every turn. I got ONE response which came two months after he received payment in full, for which I had to get CURRENT statements, and when I finally had everything necessary together again I again asked for a time to meet to give the information over and he ghosted me yet again. I have not been able to get in touch with him SINCE about a time to drop off my documents. I have even asked if I could email my documents, to which I also received no response. The only reason I chose this man for my bankruptcy is because two of my male coworkers highly recommended him. Weird, to me, now seeing the two other complaints just like mine are also from women. But that’s just an observation. I have requested a full refund and I will update this once it’s returned. IF it is returned. Update 03/15/2024: Mr. Lucia declined the request for refund, so it looks like we will be paying him an in person visit to physically demand the money back. Will update when that day comes.
