Champion Disability Human Arc

I qualify for disability as I have multiple degenerative disks in my back that are crippling and keep me from standing, driving, working as a realtor is now becoming impossible. I can't even wash my dishes or stand at the stove for more than a few minutes. I've had 2 back surgerys in less than a year and now need a third. My condition will only get worse. I called for help and was asked several questions from someone I couldn't understand clearly. She told me I don't qualify for their help without even asking for medical records.. I'm not sure of the process to apply for disability myself and not being able to work I can't afford an attorney, I need help.
