The team at Chanfrau & Chanfrau helped my husband Jose file a claim from an auto accident. Laura, Kelly and Ashley assisted us beyond measure. Everyone was professional, respectful and prompt in responding to either an email or phone call. They kept us up-to-date throughout the complex process. No question was too small, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we had never gone through anything like this before. When the claim was resolved, Mr. Chanfrau wanted to meet my husband in person. He also answered questions professionally and respectfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chanfrau to anyone.

This was my first personal experience with an attorney, after a car accident. I was injured and in a lot of pain, and Laura made sure I was seen and taken care of. Their priority was and is your well-being, and I could not have been in better hands. They handled everything for me with kindness and professionalism, and best of all they got me everything I needed and then some! Kim was amazing, so helpful and quick...and honestly every single person I spoke to/interacted with was the same. Chanfrau and Chanfrau Are the best law firm in the area. They are profession but have the kindest and friendliest staff. Bill Jr and his staff put me at ease and they truly were concerned about not only my physical health but my mental health also. The staff at Chanfrau and Chanfrau are top notch. Jessica, Laura, Ashley are just a few of the staff I worked with. They always answered all of my questions. No matter how trivial. It can be a nerve racking process when you have been in an accident but they got me the best Doctors and made sure I was taking care of. I cannot say enough good things about Chanfrau and Chanfrau. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Chanfrau and his lovely staff. They helped me and my autistic child when we need it the most. They are very compassionate people. Great customer service, awesome support and highly efficient (THE highest). Their efficient and knowledge will blow your mind away. They will always be highly regarded .....
