There is a great team working here. Both Chuck and Steve are extremely knowledgeable. They may not always tell you what you want to hear but I'd rather have an attorney who is straightforward and presents options than one who will give a false sense of hope with unrealistic expectations. let's face it, nobody wants to be in court and there's never a 100% guarantee that things will turn out your way. You need someone knowledgeable and that can think on their feet. Experience matters and that's what you get here.

I hired Greg Pardini to help me with a family situation. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost - court fees, etc. after explaining to me what he could do to help me. Weeks passed by since I wrote that 900.00 check. I had to keep pressuring him to get a letter to my ex husband as the house was about to go into foreclosure. He said he was sending the letter that week. No letter was sent. More time passed by with not a word from Mr. Pardini. I called again to check status. He set an appt for me to come to his office so I could review the letter he was about to send! I suppose the letter was FINALLY sent, I'm not sure. The situation suddenly resolved itself and I called Mr. Pardini and told him that I no longer needed his services. He said he would review it with the accountant and get a check out to me. That has been WEEKS ago! Now he is refusing my phone calls. If this doesn't get resolved within the next week to ten days I am filing a complaint with the IL Bar Assoc.

My family had a terrible experience with them, extremely rude and condescending towards older people who need help. I left a review on Yelp, only to receive multiple messages from Ingrid, who works here. Instead of being a professional and asking me to explain my review and experience, she attacked me saying they "have been in business longer than I have been alive" and I just plain "have no idea what I am talking about" SO RUDE!!! I have never seen a company or business do this!
