I have a settlement since last year 2022. It's June 2023. The so called attorney is lazy, doesn't return phone calls nor emails. Very unprofessional and unethical law firm!!! I'm still waiting for my settlement. Ridiculous

I came to an agreement 11/28/18 to settle my Workers Compensation case.it took Heather Hatch, Esq., 6 weeks to file it. It was filed and stamped three weeks ago, not only has she not released my settlement, she is refusing to return phone calls or emails from my attorney. I am leaving this review here, and am contacting both the Florida Attorney General and the Florida Bar. After 60 days, I have absolutely no idea when I will receive my settlement. Lazy, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I’m sorry I settled.
