Konica was highly recommended to me by my small business accountant. I am working on a startup and needed assistance reviewing a commercial lease. I met with Konica and Vik and really appreciated their advice and candor. Konica reviewed two leases for me. One had very serious deficiencies and she provided detailed notes in advance that I reviewed prior to our conference call. Her advice was extremely valuable and helped steer me away from what could have been a very dicey business relationship. Their pricing is also very competitive considering the quality of their work. I'm thrilled to have found VC and look forward to a long relationship with them in the future.

I have had many dealings with attorney for over a decade and from my experience, I could honestly say, that there was not one that was better than the other. In other words, none of them impressed me. I was referred to Vik by a work colleague and she spoke so highly of him, that I called him that day to make an appointment and went in the following day and made my decision right there and then that I wanted to retain him on the spot because I had a good vibe about him. We needed help when our landlord Roger Herman turned into a complete ass after we provided notice to him that we were not extending the lease and moving. Roger started showing up without notice or improper notice in order to make arrangements to list the house for sale. The last straw was when Roger demanded from us that we hire professional cleaning prior to his photo session for the house (the house was very clean and we do use professional cleaning). I am a landlord myself of 9 properties and although I wanted to cooperate with Roger his behavior and demands were over the top. Enough about that idiot Roger. Vik was referred to me from another very good attorney and I could tell from our initial conversation that this was the right person. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and pricing was more than fair. I also found him to be available whenever needed - text, phone, or email. He was always there. I highly recommend Vik.
