Chester Law Group

TL:DR - This firm did everything in their power to tell me they did not care about me or my case a single bit. Consultation meeting was no-showed by the firm. After sending them medical information and signing releases both electronically and physically multiple times, they claimed to have nothing. I started receiving calls from medical debt collectors, but when I asked the firm what was going on, I was told that it was my fault for not sending them anything. They stated that I would be responsible for all of the debt. I switched to another firm shortly thereafter. My entire case has been delayed, as a best case scenario, by months. I don't know if this is typical treatment for their clients, and I don't know if any of this information was relayed through the rest of the firm as this came up. I hope they only have one bad link in their chain, but at this point I don't care anymore.

I can't think of anything to complain about from my experience working with Chester Law. They would reach out if they needed any information from me. I got to shove the whole settlement process on the back burner and live my life while they took the wheel. Attorney Ashley Clay was great and let me know when there were any updates and called me back when I left a voicemail. I got a nice settlement at the end that I know I would have never recieved if I went in on my own.

Chester Law group did a wonderful job when it came to my car accident case. Sometimes it was hard to know who to get a hold of but they went over a above what I thought was possible. Thank you all for your help and being so wonderful and nice.

TERRIBLE costumer service, I asked them about my case and Tori got extremely upset with me and said if she had an update. She contacted the other party several weeks ago. WHAT!? Only time I got information about ANYTHING on my case was when I called. Wouldn't recommend these clowns to my enemy. The older guy also showed up in sweat pants and sandals.

I have known Dave Chester for a number of years. He is an honest and honorable man. He has used his expertise and business skills to build a successful law practice. If I need a personal injury attorney in the future, I would call Chester Law Group. I am confident they would do an excellent job for me. I used another law firm in a case before I knew of Dave and his firm and was very disappointed with the job they did.
