Dont rent though them, they screwed my family out of their deposit, when they knew we were moving out and all the electricity was cut and we had to travel to another state , and expected us to stay in a house with no electricity till 8pm in the middle of summer 2020, the owner even acted surprized it was even rented, and for that price. Definitely unprofessional and poor communication ????
