I had read much about the successes among veterans who employed this firm to represent them in VA disability claims. My contact was brief because I succeeded in making my case on my own, but before I got the decision letter I really wasn't sure. I signed on with CC-K in case the claim was denied for a second time. I fully expected to have to pay the fee from my back benefits but when the decision was favorable I received a call from CC-K informing me of the decision and letting me know that they were waiving their entire fee because "we didn't do anything significant toward winning your case." Since that time, I have heard from others who had identical experiences with CC-K. This, to me, demonstrates a firm that has the best interests of their clients ahead of just "making a buck." Their integrity is beyond the norm and based on my understanding of their track record, you can't go wrong. They might cost a bit more than the average, but from everything I have heard, they are worth every penny.
This was the most absolute pain free law firm I have ever dealt with. Fought for everything I needed and won. They were very understanding of my needs and concerns and my they took care of me. I love them for what they did for me. I have recommended and will continue to do so.
