I'm sorry for posting this, but I have to. If it burns bridges, so be it. I have a paralegal degree. I graduated from college in 2015, after doing two UNPAID internships and balancing two part time jobs that would keep me up until 1 AM. It was grueling, but the hope of having a professional, good, salaried job is what motivated me to keep going. So for your firm to deny me a job is really hurtful, even after I showed you evidence of my work. Did the others put forth their work? If not, how is that fair?nnI'm only posting this because this is a reoccurring theme. I KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB. I know how to draft pleadings. I know how to write motions. I know how to use WestLaw and Lexis Nexis. When researching, you conduct your research in a circle, so to speak. You make sure to find solid, well-used cases. But I'm being treated like a horrible person. I'm being resorted to cleaning flipping toilets. How demeaning and unfair!!!
Okay, lets just get straight to the point here people. This was the best decision I made by calling these firm for help with my accident. Had I done the negotiations on my own, for sure the insurance company would have gotten off cheap. For me, Mr. Ken Christensen really went up to bat for me and hit a home run for my settlement. Like I said before, without his help my settlement would of been peanuts in comparison. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment to discuss your situation with these people. its worth your time for the result you will receive from there help. Thank you Ken Christensen, your help was greatly appreciated.
We were so impressed with the communication and attention to detail that Christensen & Hymas had in dealing with our case. Their staff proactively communicated with us all along the way, over several years, they kept perfect records of the items that were part of our case. They were wonderful and they helped ensure that the final resolution was fair, and actually even better than we expected. I once used a different and popular lawyer in Utah county for a different concern and after working with Christensen and Hymas I can now see what a really great lawyer is like and what they do to keep clients informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Christensen & Hymas for my friends and family's needs in the future. Thanks you guys were great.
The unfortunate happened. I was hit by a car while cycling. I called one of the big names on TV for representation. When we met for the free consultation I walked out feeling what they wanted was not ethical. I googled bike accident law and Ken came up in the search. Ken wrote a book about this stuff being a cyclist himself! We are lucky in life to be able to get some nice things and my bike was one of those things. I found out this is separate from my broken wrist. Ken took care of that free of charge getting me top dollar for my Cervelo. When it came to me getting better they took care of that too. I cannot express how much I recommend Kathy and Ken when it comes to cases like this...communicating step by step what is happening, recommending course of action and fighting the good fight for me at every turn. Call them, they will help! nnRide safe and roll on fellow cyclist,nnMark P.
I spoke with Russ Hymas about my recent bicycle accident and he was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. While my accident didn't require assistance from Christensen & Hymas, I was very impressed with how much they cared about the situation and how willing they were to share their knowledge - interacting with the insurance company, physical therapy, and other items I hadn't even considered before the initial consultation. It's clear this firm cares for cyclists and will do what they can to help them.
