Slow to respond, did not appear to have reviewed information I was asked to submit (3 page questionnaire, testing results...) before I could get a call back. "Short on time" was emphasized when I did get a phone call back. Initial contact seemed to have disappeared as emails went unanswered. Felt strange when was asked what careers do me and father have and then immediately following a price was quoted. I would have been fine ( possibly)with that if the person would have reviewed the information I sent and been better informed of our struggles. Because this is special education and children are involved, I needed a more personable encounter.

Marty Cirkiel is a warrior for victims' rights. He's extremely clever, hard working, logical, practical and takes cases most people wouldn't touch because he fights the good fight. He can see aspects of cases that most attorneys can't or won't bc they want to make a quick buck and don't care about the client. Marty is hands-on and has a tremendous amount of courage and heart to stand up for those seeking justice in legal and corporate settings that are stacked against them.

Steve Gonzales was great! Everything was done in a timely manner. He was very responsive on email, always answered all questions and made sure we understood everything we were signing. I would highly recommend Steve!
