REFUSE THE INSURANCE THEY TELL YOU , YOU HAVE TO HAVE AT CLOSING IS A LIE. I wasn't given a option to purchase the insurance that they throw on the table at me. It was over $3,000 Back in 2014. The lawyer that handled my closing on first home mortgage buyer. I feel they took advantage of me because it was my first time buying a house. Years later I founded out that, you didn't even have to buy it. That's what you are paying the lawyer for. Lazy Lawyer's or money hungry lawyer's will take advantage of a female buying her first house. If it was anyway to go back in time I would have done something about getting my money back. Hope this helps someone.

Excellent service & very friendly staff they don't seem to mind lots of questions & they went above & beyond taking care of some of the problems our family has had due to multiple deaths due to covid. At a very stressful time it is always nice to have a friend with the answers even if it cost you peace of mind during trying times goes a long way in the world we live in today. I guess they will be taking care of me & my family years after I go home.

Andy was very helpful, handle our case in the most positive way. We did not have to worry about one thing . Once we met and talk to Andy about our case, he was ready to take our case ,his office was great with keep us up date and inform about what was going on all the time. Will use again . Very professional and very knowledgeable.

We called them about doing some paperwork for a home equity line of credit. The lady told me to bring the survey and all the telephone numbers for everyone involved and it would cost $268. We did as they told us and now 2 months later we are still waiting for them to finish what they told us would take 2 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone as they seem unorganized and unprofessional.
