This company forges documentation to file actions. They are currently the subject of criminal complaints with Columbus, Akron, and Dublin Police - as well as the FBI. If you are subject to one of their frivolous lawsuits and have proof - file a criminal report with your local office. They need stopped.

So it's been almost two months that I got a property from the auction, no confirmation has been filed yet, Because unfortunately the attorney happened to be from this Clunk Hoose company. They do not answer the phone calls, they don't reply to vm, and when they do answer they will transfer you to a non-working line!!! I would give it 100 negative stars if I could! Do NOT deal with this unprofessional company!!!

Extremely unprofessional “collectors”. Leanne Covey didn’t even appear in court to prove her case. The magistrate was angry and shocked by her absence. In addition Leanne’s assistant is incompetent, and lacks any knowledge in the legal field. Ultimately they were forced to close my case, and providing me zero information.

I got a property through sherif auction. I have received no updates after 30 days of auction sale. Also, they haven't been responding to calls or vm. Worst possible business practices.

I had a wonderful experience with this company in particular Kyra Peterson!!!! She was kind,caring and so helpful!! You don’t find that often with collections agencies!!!
