Coady Law Group, LLC

Attorney Coady-Carter is the managing attorney of Coady Law Group, LLC.  She focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, parenting time allocation (custody & visitation), child support, criminal law, and estate planning.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, where she majored in industrial/organizational psychology.  After obtaining her Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, Attorney Coady-Carter returned to her hometown of Taylorville, Illinois and has practiced in Central Illinois for the past 14 years, where she currently serves as the President of the Christian County Bar Association.

Her practice has provided her with extensive experience in a wide variety of legal matters, including estate planning, premises liability, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, toxic tort, products liability, labor law, municipal law, creditor rights, education law, and employment discrimination.  She offers legal advice in cases including family and divorce, mediation, estate planning, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
