Coco Plum Beach

Paradise found! Dozens of shallow dive/snorkel sites close by. Nice private beach area which is surprisingly hard to find in the Keys. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with its own laundry, full kitchen, living room, dining room and lanai. Excellent views. Great pool, hot tub and tennis courts on site plus boat docks with fish washing stations across the street. Staff are super friendly. Great restaurants nearby and a few miles from the 7 mile bridge.

Upside—Bedrooms nice. Comfortable beds. A small ocean view out of one window. Clean. Nice screened porch. Adequately furnished. Close to the beach. Downside—was a spiral staircase between kitchen and living area. We are 76 and 78 yrs old and the stairs made it difficult to carry anything from one level to the next, like a coffee cup.

We'll be back! We loved the location - beachfront in a central, but very quiet, location. We used the jacuzzi, pool, beach every day and it was never too busy (loungers always available), same for the tennis/basketball court, and we were there during the busy season. We were in a unit furthest away from the beach, and we didn't expect a view, so we were pleasantly surprised when the upstairs views were palm trees and blue skies. We also appreciated all the thoughtful little extras - starter coffee/tea, a blender, charcoal & lighter fluid for bbqs, a bait freezer, etc., etc. Lovely owners and staff who think of everything!

Was everything we were looking for and more. We stayed in a beach front unit with a spectacular ocean view. Very comfortable and has about everything you need. The master shower is a bit small but still nice. The screened in patio is perfect for late night relaxing. Next is the beautiful private beach which is raked and cleaned daily, a pool which has a terrific view of the ocean, and a relaxing 10 person hot tub that is open until 10pm. And what makes this place even better is the staff, Brit & Rebecca. Between them they can answer just about any question or concerns you might have. Truly wonderful people.

We had the most wonderful time with our family at Cocoplum! We took 2 villas side by side for our 10 family members, including small children, which was the perfect fit for us ! We all enjoyed the low key atmosphere and restful vibe. Villas were very clean with nice, neutral decor and the office staff couldn't be nicer! We look forward to our next family vacation at Cocoplum.
