Zero stars. I'm a mortgage lender and my customer was buying a home that had been foreclosed on. This law office needed to submit a payoff for the seller's side. Although. the payoff was requested 10 days before closing, they did not supply the payoff in time. I called and emailed 6 people and explained my buyers purchase would be delayed unless we got the payoff. I was told a draft of the payoff was done and a signature was just needed. Hours later, I still did not have it on closing day. The purchase had to rescheduled because none of the attorneys could take the time review and sign the payoff. My customer had taken time off work, hired a moving company and was left disappointed, Josh Rittberg had the guts to send the following email to me. "Angela, I certainly understand your request and the urgency for same, but there is no need to leave voicemails every few minutes. I passed the information along to our attorney who will be reviewing the payoff letter, and he is also aware of the timeline for this." Josh Rittberg, clearly you did not CARE or put ENOUGH urgency into this request. Extremely disappointed.
