Brad Cohen and his assistant Amber were a huge help. I'm not from the area and travelling over 300 miles to deal with a loved ones estate documents. When I couldn't locate needed documents and needed a notary for signatures in an area where I barely know anyone, Brad and his team jumped in to assist, got the documents and arranged for a notary while I was in town. I feel confident that I got more than what we paid for.
Brad Cohen is one of the best in area. Very professional, fast but efficient and explains everything in detail and guides you through the process. I also met Stephanie and Eric in the process. They are also very efficient and detail oriented.
Although my needs as a small business aren't always great; they've always been very attentive when I've needed them. They handle some tasks for me annually, and I have never had a concern regarding timeliness or completion.
I contacted this firm from out of state regarding a consumer law matter with a business in the state of Indiana for which this firm also resides. It was suggested to me they could not be of help because the business of concern was in a different city (but the same state!) and "too far away." I fail to see why a licensed lawyer in the same state cannot send correspondence and litigate at distances of more than several miles. I surmise they just didn't want my case because it was not going to earn them enough, and offered a lame excuse for why.
Michael Bishop is a great attorney and very knowledgeable and upfront. Highly recommended if you have a trustee/trust issue to explore.
