For nearly ten years now, I have co-counseled two class actions with the partners at CRK, primarily with Josh Cohen & Ellen Kramer. Spoke with Ellen Kramer about a case hearing I had coming up. She was referred to me by the Cleveland Bar Association who told me I could get advice and potentially find a lawyer. In this discovery call Ellen began to reprimand me for not dealing with this sooner and mentioned how she was unwilling to move things around because I need to get my act together.
