I was assigned to Cole, Scott & Kissane for a car accident insurance lawsuit. I worked with William Kirilloff and found him to be very straight forward and very reassuring about my case. He was always very responsive, made me feel at ease about going to trial and kept me updated and informed. During trial, Gregory Willis along with Mr. Kirilloff presented a very thorough case with a positive outcome for me. I was assigned to this law firm when I had a lawsuit happen from a car accident, State Farm had me had Mr.Karilloff , and I only talked to him twice during the whole three years this lawsuit lasted, which I didn’t like because I think that the attorney is supposed to communicate more with their client. Along with me constantly being passed around from one paralegal to the next, I was frustrated!! I just would get comfortable and have questions to ask then it would come to an abrupt stop just to be passed on the next paralegal. Overall, I just feel like I wasn’t fairly treated well, in the end my case didn’t win, the plaintiff who was just suing my insurance company to get money won the case. When I tried talking to them, they didn’t seem like they cared it was all about my insurance policy money at the end of the day, never again with this law firm and its attorneys and paralegals.
