I was referred to this firm by another individual regarding a serious issue I have. I was hopeful and called them only to be blatantly brushed off by the secretary. What sounded like a young woman took my name and phone number, said she would tell him to call me without asking my issue. I did not hear from the attorney for multiple hours. I called back at the end of the day. The same person answered the phone, took my name and number again and promptly said she would tell him I called again and hung up. Completely unavceptable.
