Ann was my daughter's guardian ad litem. She was no bs and treated my kids as their voice. She listen to them educated them and myself. Was 5 million times for co parenting with good outlines and boundaries. She doesn't put up with parents mess and was all about the kids which is why she was hired. Her front deck Kristi is amazing answers calls and email quickly and fills in the legal terminology. Thank you

This is probably a weird review, but I have read almost all of the reviews. I am thinking about using your service and I love the fact that you take the time to challenge some of these reviews. There's always two sides to a story and I enjoyed seeing the challenges and making a record from the firm's standpoint.

DO NOT use this firm. They treat you guilty until proven innocent. Will hardly ever respond and leave you on hold for hours. Take you down rabbit chases and lie to you so you spend more time and money. Will not work your case and push it off as long as possible until you’re stuck putting the case together yourself and doing most of the work for them. They DO NOT have your best interest at heart.

Very professional, understanding and diligent. Had a great experience working with Jim. I really appreciated the legal advice and their work in the court on my behalf. Would be hard to find a finer law firm. I hope I never need to use them again, but I feel good knowing I have the relationship in place just in case there is a need.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience with this law firm! My lawyer didn’t even show up to court because she was “too hurt from her accident to carry all her files”...when we knew she had been in court days prior to my court date with her injuries and then the day after. They sent her husband instead of her, but no one informed us of this, and we had no idea to be looking for him instead of Ann, and no idea what he even looked like! We got there only to have the court date postponed yet again. My lawyers husband agreed on a date standing right in front of the judge...then the next day changed the date to a whole month later. We found out later it was because they were going to be on vacation on the date he had first agreed to in court! So unprofessional! And when we expressed our dissatisfaction with how unprofessional they were being, THEY quit on US. Ann also ignored many of our emails during the process, and it was clear to us that it eventually came down to personal matters and differing opinions between her and us. I would not recommend that anyone use them! We will also be filing this with the BBB. When you’re going through one of the most stressful and emotional times of your life, you need a lawyer that will back you 100%- not one that bails on you and adds to the stress!
