I hired this attorney to handle a traffic ticket. I did so because he was a colleague of my late husband who died 15 years ago and thought he would remember me. He gave me a discount, took my money, promised me he would take care of everything and then did nothing that he said he would. Did not return calls. Because I lost faith in him, I contacted another attorney, who in a 10 minute phone conversation, told me everything I needed to do and how much it would cost to resolve my issue which is more info than I got from Mr. McWhirter in the month after contacting him. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 2 weeks to get a refund as he did nothing other than take my money. DO NOT HIRE HIM.

I paid Mr. Mcwhirter over 700 dollars 2 years ago to do an expungement for me and all I've gotten is excuses and lies when I have confronted him about what's going on with it. He doesn't communicate with me on his own I have to chase him down. He didnt even tell me when he changed locations. He is a horrible lawyer. Do not hire him.

Mr McWhirter talks a good game. Are you going to be this way as District court judge? Take money from hard working people who believe in you when they come to you with an issue you claim that you will get justice for your client as a lawyer and don't follow thru. I trusted you to be one of the good people in the world.

Mr. Mcwhriter cares about his clients. Each and every one individually. I’m proud to have him representing me. Also, each time we have been to court, at least 3 people drop their attorney to have him. Amazing and Grateful!

Colin helped me with some legal problems I was having. He was able to get the charges dropped against me. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great lawyer. Thank you again for your services. I really appreciate everything you've done
