I usually don't write reviews but Colombo & Hurd has earned it. I found them online and went to discuss my asylum case in June 2018. With a reasonable consultation fee I met Mr. Rusten Hurd who really took my case positively and gave me the hope I was looking for. They made my case file so strong by putting up a lot of effort and research and submitted my application on July 28, 2018. I was called for the interview in Miami and Mr. Hurd went there with me guided me on every step and just after 2 weeks of giving my asylum interview, I got my Asylum approved. Over all it just took me 2 months to get my case approved. After giving this overview I would like to individually thank all those team members who were involved in my case. I'll start with:nnRaquel: She is from finance department and she treated me more than just a customer. She explained all the fee structure very clearly and always gave me confidence with my case. With her beautiful and humble personality she made my experience with her firm unforgettable.nnVeronica : Never got a chance to meet her but she always updated me via calls and emails about all the paperwork in my case. I was in direct contact with her all the time and she made sure that we aren't lacking in any document. She even answered my emails after the business hours. No matter how many times I asked a thing she was always very curtious and knowledgable. nnErica : She played a significant role in the whole case. She booked my appointments with Mr. Hurd and always made sure that the timings are convineant for me. Just like other staff members she was always very polite and helpful.nnAnd last but not the least attorney Rusten Hurd : Again and again I want to say that he is such a positive man. You would feel better just after meeting him. He is so proactive and enthusiastic about his clients. The very first meeting I had with him I knew he is going to be my attorney. The way he handled my case and the care and guidence he gave me was just phenomenal. Every time I met him he raised the bars of hope. He did his research and presented the best possible case. Even now after my case is approved he still told me personally to reach out to him if I need any assistance. Regarding my work authorization he himself offered a followup to the asylum office on my behalf.nnOverall I'm a very satisfied client of Colombo & Hurd.
