It's very rare today to experience excellence in service. Not so with the CES group. Carlo and his staff were responsive, attentive, and extremely personable. I could contact them anytime of the week and they would get back with me quickly, which I most appreciated.

TERRIBLE!! If I could leave no stars I would. Do not waste your time with Carlo. He will never communicate with you. Literally months would go by. I'd call, I'd email and nothing. Then all of the sudden if something was urgent on his end I would get a call. Don't worry, he will be quick to cash your retainer check though. Soon as my divorce was final I had to hire another attorney to fix the mess he created by not doing his job.

I had a great experience with the attorneys during my divorce case. CES did a great job keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Thanks guys
