-Outcome: We won sole legal and sole physical custody for mom
-Description: High conflict case involving a custody and parenting time dispute. Following a two day trial, we were pleased that the Court awarded my client sole legal custody and sole physical custody of her son.

-Description: After refusing to dismiss the charges at the first couple of court appearances, the prosecutor backed down and dismissed the charges as we demanded a Trial.

If you've heard that getting all your documents in order -- like a will and power of attorney and end-of-life issues -- is daunting, time consuming and difficult, take great heart! Paul made this the simplest, easiest thing I've accomplished in most of my life. We went from zero to complete -- all these documents entirely accomplished and done! -- with less than a total of an hour in his office. He asked us all the questions, then drew up all the papers, then we came back a couple weeks later and signed them all. Done, out the door with everything we need. Go see Paul today and put your heart at rest. Zero stress, zero worry. I feel like I'm finally an adult getting all these adult issues handled.
