I had applied with this organization a few months ago and I had been told to follow up to see if any other positions would become available. Two weeks ago I had called and I had gotten an application sent to me to fill out. I had attached my resume and left a message in regards to being asked to follow up. I was very rudely followed up with an email from the hiring coordinator named Tilly. All the email stated was that, "We do not hire sales people." I submitted back to her that nowhere on my resume did it state I had been a "Sales person," and I asked for an apology. I have been in accounting and administration for my entire length of stay in California (4 years now) . Instead of replying and owning up to her over look I had been completely ignored. If you would like to work for an employer who discriminates their employees and their hiring process this would be the place for you. I am going to ensure that if this law group is brought up or I am asked about them that I will make it very clear my experience. The best part is that I am currently seeking legal representation for a labor case, I was going to inquire but now with this experience I will stay far far away and so will the people I know.
