I'm a graduate student from out of state and my computer experienced some severely debilitating symptoms after a large Windows update. I attempted to reimage the computer myself multiple times and it kept failing for reasons I couldn't figure out. I even took my computer to my university's IT department and they were stumped. I felt like I was at a loss because local computer repair places either didn't have good reviews, or lacked them altogether. I started calling different places and eventually spoke with Robby at Corbin PC Repair. I was a little hesitant at first because the shop looks like an old Dairy Queen online, but after describing the problems I was experiencing at length, Robby confidently suggested that he could fix them. I dropped off my computer that day and before the end of the day, Robby had left me a voicemail telling me that he had identified the problems that were keeping me from reimaging my computer. I was able to pick up my computer the next day. I walked into his shop expecting to pay a considerable amount, but it was much less than expected! He displayed my computer on his TV and explained what he did and walked me through a bunch of settings that can help me avoid similar problems in the future. Robby's shop is a bit messy, but he seems to be a real computer wizard so I couldn't care less. I got my computer home and it works perfectly again. In short, I highly recommend Robby's services to all who are skeptical like I was. Robby has an easy-going personality and, as I understand it, he has about 15 years of experience.

The man is very friendly and done a fantastic job. My computer screen was all messed up and he fixed it! Very fast and affordable service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. He is honest and will never ever take payment if he didn't fix problem.
