My attorney forgot to send a demand letter And forgot to tell me and did nothing for two weeks! Attorney doesn’t update notes in client portial regularly so I have to spend $49.50 per email to follow up.? I’ve been billed over $1000 and my ex doesn’t even know I have an attorney. I have had to advise her of spelling errors and even that I am the defendant because she listed me as plaintiff in error on a motion.
